The Fetters Full Sleeve Bondage Mitts

Construction

Like on all Fetters leather bondage items, the first thing that strikes you is the strong and rich smell of high quality leather. Second, you will notice that like all bondage mitts from Fetters they are sold in pairs (it pains me that I have to point that out when looking at the competition…). The main body of each restraint is a 640mm long mitt made out of soft leather. The circumference at the top is 400mm which is large enough for most subs though body builders might want to get a custom version.

For about 2/3 of the body’s back there is a lacing to fetter the mitts tightly to the arm. The lacing using nylon string is strong enough for a tight fit and restricts the arm movement. Yet it is not strong enough to completely keep the elbow from bending. What really keeps the restraints bound to the arm are two 25mm wide bridle leather belts with roller buckles, one going around the wrist, the other going around the biceps sitting 70mm below the top of the mitts. The top strap is not riveted onto the body but runs to a pair of D-rings sitting, one on each side of the lacing. There are two more pairs, each 120mm apart. The wrist belt is riveted onto the mitt. On top of the mitts another strap is riveted perpendicular onto the belt. With this strap and two pairs of rivets a D-ring is housed at the bottom of the mitts. A final D-ring can be found on the top, next to the lacing.

Playing with the Full Sleeve Bondage Mitts

Through the size and the area these mitts cover, I consider them “body bondage” items. Putting them on a sub takes a bit of work and time. But it is also part of the fun with these restraints. In the process is also a sense of drama in it, taking away more and more the ability of his arms to move and letting him feel the contrast between the soft touch and tightening of the leather – especially if the sub has a leather fetish. Just like with the Bishop Head Harness, “ritualistically” putting the mitts on sets the moods and helps getting into headspace.

Through the D-ring layout, these mitts can naturally work as a cuff restraints substitute in almost any situation. Most fun was had by my testees in spread eagle position or when having their arms tied upwards laying in the sling. In this position the degree of bondage can easily be increased by connecting the D-rings to the sling chains.

But the full sleeve mitts really start to shine when you connect the top D-rings to a (bulldog) harness and leave the bed (room) with your sub. With just loosening the lacing a bit, adding a strap to connect the bottom D-rings and interconnecting the lateral D-rings on both mitts, you have a veritable straitjacket sleeve substitute. For a stricter layout with less wiggle room, tie the arms to the side using a full body bondage harness. Then thread a belt through the bottom D-rings and fasten it around the thighs and the leather gimp can (somewhat) walk about without moving his arms. Personally I enjoyed most using the Full Sleeve Bondage Mitts in a bondage frame. The many attachments points inside the frame in combination with the many D-rings enabled me to fetter a sub securely enough to flog him.

Since I like the esthetics and the helplessness, I tried turning the full sleeve mitts into arm binder by connecting the bottom D-rings with a shackle and the other D-rings with belts. The layout worked but a word of caution is necessary: Do not tighten the belts too tightly or too quickly. Unlike restraints for this specific purpose like the Fetters Leather Arm Binder you can easily get to a degree of tension that puts too much stress on the shoulders and elbows or restricts blood flow to the hands. So if you are a fan of “tighter is better”, I highly recommend adding specific arm binder restraints to your collection. A safer (and what turned out more fun) way is running a piece of rope through both bottom D-rings and a D-ring at the bottom of a parachute with spikes. This will limit the arm movement too – sooner or later.

Another setup a top testee did but I would not recommend it connecting the top D-rings to a collar. The chances of the sub strangling himself or causing disc injuries are too high in my opinion.

Of course, through the many D-rings, these bondage mitts are an ideal addition to rope bondage. The simplest ways is tying the top D-rings into a torso harness or the bottom ones to the thighs. But an experienced rigger will surely find more creative ways to make use of all the D-rings like body harness or tying two subs together a rope-inexperienced person like me cannot imagine.

If the mitts with the lacing are not strict enough, I recommend buying two 40cm – 50cm (depending on the leeway you want to allow) spreader bars. Connect one end to the bottom D-ring, the other to the two D-ring holding the biceps strap in place to severely limit the arm movement.

Fetters Portable Bondage Board equipped with Cuff Restraints

This year again, many kinksters will wish for their own playroom for Christmas. Having lived in dorms and with roommates, I am painfully aware that this wish often takes time to become true. So as the third Christmas gift recommendation I want to show you the Fetter Portable Bondage Board (which I have now reviewed in December 2021).

The board measures 107x612cm and features a total of 14 D-rings, 6 on the side and 2 on each end. So regardless if you are a rigger or using cuff style restraints with carabineers like me, it offers opportunities for many different bondage positions. Since it is thickly padded it is comfortable to kneel or lay in it for extended periods of time. As a cover material, you can choose between leather or a water- and oil-proof material. While looking at all the great leather gear I own from Fetters, the leather quality will be top notch, soft and smelling awesome, I would recommend the Rubluxe. From this material sweat can be easily wiped off and the bondage board can double as an underpacking for fisting – regardless if you prefer Crisco or excess Jlube.

So far, it is also a good piece of bondage furniture for people with a playroom. But: The board can be folded in the middle! Then it only measures 53x61cm and at 10cm height, it can be easily stores away under a bed or in a wardrobe (IKEA Pax are 70cm deep ;)). At 10kg, it is a bit on the heavier side to travel with. But especially if you travel by car, I am certain you will get your effort’s worth at events like Folsom Europe.

Regardless of the cover material, the Fetters Portable Bondage Board costs £245 at Regulation in London.

The Paddle Daddy Walnut Handle Rubber Strap

We are still in the middle of the Anal Toy Special. But the two last toys to be reviewed in this special are still in the hands (or holes) of testees and they have not returned them yet. I guess, with more and tighter lockdowns in place, people indulging in stuff they can enjoy at home on their own – like the dildos I borrowed them. For next week, I hope to return to the usual schedule. But in order to have to consecutive weeks without a review, enjoy this review of a paddle for true masochists.

Construction

The Rubber Strap is a traditional, 355mm long two-material impact implement design. One side is made out of walnut wood. Like on all Paddle Daddy impact toys, all edges have been smoothed and rounded and surface has been meticulously oiled, giving you a high quality feel once you pick the toy up. The 130mm long handle slightly tapers towards the impact surface for a comfortable and secure grip. At the bottom of the handle, a leather loop is threaded through the hole for easy storage and securing the paddle onto the wrist. The handle flows into a short, 75mm wide section of wood with a perpendicularly carved slot. This slot houses a 75x185mm rubber strap is put and fixed to the handle using two screws. Unlike most other rubber paddles on the market, this strap is made out of a single piece of rubber instead of two layers with fabric tape between them, making it one of the thinnest rubber paddles out there at 6mm thickness. The rubber has been thoroughly deburred to prevent unintended chafing.

The massive handle compared to the relatively light slapper means that the Rubber Strap is handle-heavy. Combining this with the dynamic the slapper develops throughout a scene, hitting continuously over extended periods of time can tire out top’s the wrist.

When looking at this paddle, there are two aspects to consider: The fetish and the play side. Especially hardcore rubber fetishists are often frustrated by the selection of mostly leather impact implements. In that regard, the Rubber Strap is an epiphany. Opening the parcel it arrived in filled the room with intoxicating rubber smell; its surface feels silky-smooth like all thick, industrial rubber. Yet to be honest, the leather loop and wooden handle take a bit away from this immersion. But a blindfolded (rubber) sub’s fantasy – being left with just his sense of smell, touch and maybe taste – will be properly stimulated by this paddle.

If you want to sum up this toy play-wise, there is one word: Evil! Meanly evil, delightfully evil, surprisingly evil. During the review process, I have heard many things from my testees – both top and bottom – about this paddle but all call it evil. This is mainly due to strap’s construction. Being really flexible it transmits most of the kinetic energy onto the bottom’s body in a stingy way. So even medium-light slaps create a noticeable sensation. Adding a bit more force increases the pain exponentially up to an excruciating level! So this is neither a warm-up paddle nor for the faint of heart. As an added sensation, the rubber will stick a bit to the skin. So there is a little pinch every time the rubber separates from the skin. This effect will increase as the rubber warms up during the scene.

Like all rubber impact implements, the Rubber Strap colors quickly leaving the hit skin red and irritated. Being light, it is also not a bruiser. However, increased, forceful impact on one skin area can cause it to break.

Luckily, rubber is easy to clean. Regardless if it is sweat, tissue fluid or even blood, you can wipe the slapper off with warm soap water, dry it and spray sanitizer on it. This makes this paddle perfect for scenes with multiple subs where you have to clean you impact gear quickly. However, this paddle is not really made for messy scenes due to the wooden handle. Unlike latex gear, the rubber does not really need care. However, to maintain it, do not expose it to oils and fats. In VERY heavy scenes, the screws holding the strap can become a bit loose. This can be fixed with a simple screwdriver in a second.

Conclusion: Intensely pain dealing and intoxicatingly smelling rubber paddle.

SquarePeg Slink Tickler & Slink Spike

The Tickler and the Spike are the latest varieties of the ever growing Slink family from SquarePeg. First launched in 2011 as a “plain” depth toy, now there are four textured and two smooth versions out there. So let’s see if those two make their siblings proud.

The SquarePeg Slink Tickler & Slink Spike

Construction

The Tickler follows the basic shape as all Slinks: At the bottom there is an oval, 20% larger than maximum stretch base which fits well between the ass cheeks. Into the base’s rim is the toy’s name embossed. The base flows into a short tapered neck for long-term wearing or resting when getting fucked with the Slink. The neck quickly extends to the maximum stretch which unlike other Slinks is not round but oval measuring 64x51mm and sits perpendicular towards the base. Over the length of 420mm the body tappers in very long cone to a pointy yet rounded tip. The entire body is loosely covered with about 5mm high and 18mm wide round bumps. Looking at the overall length of almost 500mm, the Tickler is just a bit shorter and thinner than the MDL size original Slink.

Comparison of the Two Tips

The Spike has a different shape than all of his brothers. Out off the 430mm overall body length, the first third is cone-shaped and tapers from a 12mm diameter tip to an oval shape of 53x64mm. Over the rest of the length it only gradually increases in size to a maximum diameter of 64x72mm. Just below the middle of this section lies a 60mm wide cluster of bumps. The rim at the end of the shaft features an Acorn-like bulge, though it is thinner and just 2mm high. Due to this bulge, the base is a hybrid of the Acorn’s dullish transition from body to neck and the Slinks’ smooth tapering transition from neck to base.

Like all SquarePeg toys, both are made out of supersoft, high quality platinum silicone which is 100% body safe, super-smooth and bendy. Also it is easy to clean: After playing, wash the toy with warm soap water, dry it, sanitize it and it is ready for play again, making it ideal for safe use during orgies. Because the silicone oil in silicone and hybrid lubes disintegrates most likely even the toys platinum silicone, only use water and oil-based lubes with silicone toys like the Tickler or Spike.

Depth play is one of the most delicate forms of anal play. Once you leave the rectum the colon is covered in sensitive mucosa which when being exposed to tactile stimulation causes the body to tense up. Because of this the Slink has always been a toy for the more depth-savvy player because the “pointy” tip easily bends away when colon tenses up, making entry into deeper areas very difficult. The Spike addresses this issue a bit. While the first 50mm of the toy shares the extreme bendiness of his brothers it then is a bit stiffer and thus easier to navigate. Both the steepness of the tip and the body are great for gradually opening up the second sphincter. Yet still, the Spike is a toy for a bit depth-experienced player due to the body’s diameter.  The Tickler is thinner but the “sudden” added girth of the bumps can cause an untrained colon to tense up, making it difficult at times to progress deeper compared to other Slinks.

BUT: For the depth experienced player, the Tickler has many things to offer. First, even considering the bendiness and length that makes all Slinks difficult to handle on your own, the Tickler is actually the first Slink I found useful for selfplay. The oval body shape gives a sense of direction when navigating depth. You can slowly twist, turn and stretch until the tip finds an angle to slip through. Due to the bump relatively close to the tip this can be an unexpected intense but rewarding sensation. The bump also adds rigidness so the tip does not bend as easily as other Slinks, making it an easier toy for opening up the transition from rectum to colon.

Second, the bumps do to the colon what the SquarePeg’s Pegger range does to the anus: The bumps will stimulate the sensitive colon in ways none of my testees have experience before! The added girth of the bumps makes the toy feel considerably wider than it actually is leading to a stretch sensation comparable to a way higher depth play experience level. To take this sensation further, slowly and carefully twist the toy. This will force the oval shape out of a comfortable and less stretching position into the direct opposite. Of course, twisting will also draw extreme attention to the bumps. Slowly twisting, the bumps massage or tickle the colon, depending on how sensitive you are. Increasing the speed drove most testees to a state somewhere between agony and ecstasy and lead them to tense up. Luckily, being made out of such a soft material and the bumps being very smooth, the chance of even a very “active” sub being injured is very low.

Like the Tickler, the Spike is more for the experienced play. The huge shaft is MASSIVE due to silicone’s weight. Being stiffer than other Slinks in theory it is a tad bit easier to handle. But the weight requires two hands to wield it. Doing that crouching and with lubey hands is a challenge; the toy itself does not stand up.

So better get a partner to insert the Spike into your rectum and colon. Spike’s unique shaped compared to the other models make it a perfect training tool for taking a hand deep. The wide shaft stretcher the colon and prepares it for the sensation of something big moving inside it. Furthermore, the relative stiffness while preserving much of the supersoft silicone’s bendiness helps straighten the colon out a bit. Not forcefully but nudging it in the right direction.

The bump cluster is a little bit of a double-edged sword: It is fun to stimulate the anus with it, especially when twisting and turning. Due to the body’s oval shape, this movement will also train the second sphincter to open up more easily. Depending on the bottom’s anatomy, the bumps can also stimulate the second sphincter and this is a huge challenge for most bottoms! Yes, the bumps are well rounded and look shallow. But on these sensitive body areas the stimulation can quickly become too intense. Some depth-savvy testees theoretically could have taken the Spike deeper but the stimulation was too intense. In the end, it is an acquired taste that can be trained over time.

Comparison of the two Necks and Bases

Compared to the bumps, the bulge at the end of the shaft is almost negligible. When the anus is exposed to this stimulation, there are much stronger stimulations felt down the colon so the little edge is not noticed. However, this added kink helps the Spike stay inside when taken completely. A “standard” Slink neck-body transition would be too gentle to keep the heavy Spike locked inside.

The Oxballs Watersport Strap-On Gag

Over the years Oxballs introduced several gags, plugs and even systems to turn greedy piss pigs into obedient urinals. All of them had their short-comings. But – to get ahead of myself – this one is a massive leap forward!

Construction

The main body of the gag is an US urinal-like shaped body which roughly measures 105x95mm; the bowel to piss in measures 80x72x45mm. Unlike its predecessors the body and the outlet is cast in one piece. The outlet tube sits at the bottom of the bowel, flanked by juts so the last drops gather in front of it. It is 37mm long and has a diameter of 30mm with a bulge at the end so it cannot slip between the teeth. Another important improvement is that the recess for the mouth now sits above the trough’s rim. So it can be filled to the max, the nose is still close enough to smell the piss but the sub can still break (and the top can easily hold his nostrils together without getting his hands wet when he doesn’t swallow quickly enough…).

Left and right, on top and bottom of the body are wings with rectangular holes. Through these neoprene straps are threaded. The each strap has four snap fasteners on one side to adjust the length between 230mm and 300mm to fit most heads. On the other side the four straps meet at the back of the head in an O-ring, yet again closed with a snap fastener. My recommendation is to switch the straps around because it is easier to adjust the length of the straps at the back of the sub’s head instead of fiddling around in front of his face. For this new gag Oxballs added another strap with four snap fasteners which runs across the head. It locks the gag firmer into place.

As already said the entire body is cast in one piece and made out of Oxballs FLEXtpr. It is non-toxic, phthalate free and thus body and drink safe. It cleanes easily and the liquids drip off beautifully, flowing towards the bottom of the trough 😉

Playing with the Watersport Strap-On Gag

The most important aspect of a piss gag are the performance KPIs: The trough and outlet tube have a capacity of 135ml if you fill it to the brim. While this does not sound much, the large internal diameter of the tube allows for a flow rate of roughly 3600ml per minute. It takes a trained piss sub with a good swallowing reflex to keep up with this amount of liquids entering his mouth. Since the gag is cast in one piece, there is now piss flowing out next to the outlet so the top can monitor how much piss is actually swallowed. While the trough is not too large, with a bit maneuvering two (slim) tops can piss into it simultaneously.

The outlet tube has a very good ergonomic design. The diameter is small enough to prevent lockjaw even during longer periods. This partly due to the FLEXtpr being a soft material so the teeth rest comfortably on the tube. Yet it is sturdy enough to take some strong biting down to pinch off the piss flow. Also it is not too long to make subs even with small mouths gag yet long enough for somewhat effective tongue suppression. Of course, a determine sub can still block the liquid from entering his mouth but compared to other models on the market it takes more effort.

The new strap design is also a huge improvement. The wings on the side really hug the head. The two straps despite not using Velcro anymore and thus limiting the adjustability make for a more secure fit. The perpendicular strap improves the secure fit even more. But the more important aspect is the psychological one. The three straps for most of my testees turned a “simple” gag into a head harness, a piece of gear that enveloped their head. Add to the sense of drama and transformation when the straps are adjusted and fastened. This created for most of them a stronger piggy headspace, a feeling of being “turned” into an object to serve.

The P.E.S. Electro Cockhead Focusing Pods with 4mm Banana Jack Adapter

This is the last review of this year’s E-Stim Special and it is readers pick. A couple of weeks ago I stumbled across this electrode in the far back right corner my electrode drawer. Having bought this toy years ago in a Regulation sale, I thought I reviewed it ages ago. But it turns out, I didn’t.

P.E.S. used to be a player in the electrode game. But about 5 years ago they vanished almost entirely from the kink retail scene. So I put it in the hands of my followers on Twitter if they were interested in a “legacy” review and well… you can figure out the outcome yourself.

Design

The Cockhead’s design is fairly simple: The basis is a ring made out of a stiff 5mm conductive silicone. This ring comes in diameter of 25mm, 32mm and 38mm. So it is not really made for the well-endowed members of the kink scene. Perpendicular to this ring runs an 110mm long and 3mm thick conductive silicone tube. On one side, It is connected to the base ring using a plastic pin. On the other side it runs through a hole in the base ring, allowing for adjustment according to the glans length. Between the connector and the hole, three 10mm gold-plated spheres can be moved freely. The end of the glans tube is wrapped in a barrel-shaped piece of plastic with a copper pin at the end. Onto this pin you clip an overall 150mm long lead that ends in a 4mm banana jack.

The design closely resemblance the one of the (considerably younger) Mystim Plunging Pete. However, the Cockhead Focusing Pods is a very different toy. First of all, it is a monopole so you always need a second electrode connected to the same channel to create a sensation. Due to the physics of e-stim, the stimulation is almost only felt on the focusing pods; you can get a bit of feeling on the glans ring if you apply conductive lube on it. But since the pods have relatively little mass and contact area, in almost all electrode setups, the focusing pods will be the area where the sensation is felt. This enables easy and potentially devious experimentation. Either place all at the frenulum, use the draft of the glans tube to pull it lightly into the piss slit or set the entire glans on electric fire. Especially when you have two little sheets of rubber at your hand to place below the pods to isolate individual ones in different scenarios, the Cockhead Focusing Pods offers a wide variety of play.

The thick tubes are also an advantage compared to the Plunging Pete. If the size fits the bottom, the Cockhead stays in plays even in high intensity scenes with an active bottom. Though I have to put an emphasis on “if the size fits”. While other head stimulators offer adjustability to meet every cock size, the Cockhead electrodes of P.E.S. are hit and miss: Either the dick fits, the electrode falls off easily or pinches uncomfortably. This is a particular problem because being only sold in 0.25’’ diameter steps, there are a lot of dicks and glans which are just in between and do not work with this electrode.

Another disadvantage of the design is that it is hard to clean since there are a lot of entry points for water which can be trapped inside. So my piece of advice is not to wash the electrode in warm soap water like others, even when you have used conductive lube. Instead wipe excess lube off and use spray-on sanitizer to clean lube residue off and sterilize the toy.

The Mr S Asylum Muzzle

I have long thought about if I should really write this piece. Self bondage is a delicate topic. The chances of something going wrong are higher than when you play with someone else – especially when you try to achieve the restriction level that kick most bondage subs. And if something goes wrong, there is no one to help you escape the predicament. I am well aware of devices like ice locks and the time locks that hit the market the past few years. But they are not failsafe and if you get a cramp or some other serious incident happens that requires your immediate attention, you are stuck in them until the time is off. So in this review I will focus on toys that will give you some sense of helplessness but are still easily enough to take off when necessary.

First some pieces of advice for when restricting your movement on your own:

  • I highly recommend sitting or laying down to keep your form accidently tripping and injuring yourself.
  • Get a virtual session sitter. Inform a friend what you are about to do and agree upon a time to check in with them once you are down. Set yourself an alarm clock which leaves you ample time to strip yourself out of the bondage on your own and call them back. If you do not call them in due time, they should inform the authorities about the potential predicament you are in.

The Fetters Chester Binder Restraints

The first I am going to recommend when playing on your own are the Fetters Leather Chest Binders Restraints. With the lockable chest bench has the important momentum of hearing and feeling the lock click, binding the restraints irremovable to your body once locked. For the sake of security and frankly practicality only wrap the cuffs around your biceps which will give you already restrict your arm movement properly. Also, you have something to look forward once the lockdown is over and your top will restrain your wrists to your chest making you even more helpless. Alternatively, take a look at the Fetters Heavy Leather Hogtie Set and just use the thigh restraints. They have the attached ankle restraints to bind these two body parts together, making it impossible for you to move your legs. Theoretically, both pieces of bondage gear could be combined on your own. However, the level of bondage is so intense that the time to take all restraints of in an emergency situation is too long so I strongly advise against combining the two together.

However, there are two good toys matching these pieces of bondage gear. First is the Padded Posture Collar from Regulation. It forces you to keep your head facing straight forward. Since most of our head’s movements are intuitive, a sense of being severely limited will soon creep into your mind. Second is the Mr S Ultra Blindfold. It is the best, most effective and most comfortable blindfold on the planet. Period! It blocks out all the light with being barely noticeable, forcing your to look inside yourself and feel every little element of restriction and your predicament. I consider this specific toy essential to every toy collection because it is SO good. So even if you are not planning on playing with yourself, don’t have this blindfold and want to do some therapy shopping, buy this piece of gear!

The Mr S Locking Front Buckle Gag

For all the reasons above, head gear naturally is great for self bondage. However, I would not recommend combining head gear (except for the Bishop Head Harness) with bondage that restricts your arms like the Chester Binders. The chances of these pieces constricting your breather are very low but still there! So you might need to take them off more immediately than you can undo your arm and hand restraints.

The first piece of head gear is actually my favorite gag: The Mr S Front Buckle Gag. The lavish padding of the front feels like soft leather feels like a gloved hand covering your mouth, making all glove over mouth fetishist like me drool even more – as if the pecker inside your mouth would not be enough. You can this version with a locking buckle to intensify the feeling of being bound even more.

If you are a fan of feeling many straps around you or a piece of gear slowly encapsulating you more and more, the Mr S Bishop Head Harness is the head gear to go to. The lavishly used soft leather caresses your skin while the many straps are wrapped around your head. Once fettered you can add a blindfold or a gag for furthermore increase the bondage. To be honest, it takes a bit of practice to figure out in which order and how strong to tighten each strap. But once you have gotten the hang of it, it is an intense sensual experience (Big thanks to ReddyWhp who got me hooked on this experience almost exactly 7 years ago!). A similar experience regarding the soft leather wrapping around your face and straps being tightened gives you the Mr S Asylum Muzzle. Bonus feature: It has a zipper on the back so once adjusted you can put it on fairly easily and due to the lack of an attached collar, you can add the Posture Collar. The easiest to put on piece of head gear is the Mr S Leather Bag Hood. Simply pull it over the head, lightly tighten the leather cord around your neck and enjoy the isolation. The rich smell of soft, high quality leather is intoxicating. The two small nose holes should allow for enough air to flow to you if you breathe slowly and steadily.

Construction

These are the first explicit depth toys in this Anal Toy Special, so naturally the Thick Worm and the Thick Stamen are on the longer side of toy design. Both have a usable length of 350mm. This enough to stimulate the second hole and penetrate it, yet with a little bit of practice both toys can be taken completely without much challenge. These are the only similarities the two toys have.

The Thick Worm starts out with a triangular head which makes pushing it in quite easy. The head is 55mm tall and smooth and tapers from 25mm to 42mm.

The SquarePeg Thick Stamen & Thick Worm

Below the head there is a 3mm drop. Over the length of 19mm the diameter increases again until there is another 3mm drop. These “scales” are very lightly textured with very shallow vertical grooves. With each scale the edge length of the triangular toy body increases a bit, slightly increasing the diameter up to 65mm at the last scale. The toy then flows into an oval base. The base can be equipped with two extra features: Either a suction cup which a friend who has one on his Thick Worm says is too weak to hold such a long and heavy toy or the SquarePegHole. This hole is a universal adaptor for the various fuck machine adapter standards. There is also a market out there for stand-alone accessories like suction cups or handles. So in my opinion you are better off and more versatile with the SquarePegHole.

The Stick Stamen on the other hand starts out with a round, long head that tapers over 72mm from 30mm to 56mm. After the maximum stretch, there is a smooth decrease in diameter by 5mm after which then to starts to expand again. This repeats 4 times until at the last of the 5 cones the maximum diameter reaches 71mm. Between this cone and the quadratic base is 52mm thick neck for resting when you have taken the entire toy.

As the name of both toys already implies, there are shorter and thinner versions of both toys available.

As in this review of heavy depth toys, I am surprised that SquarePeg offer these toys not only in their signature Supersoft Bronze which I have bought and the Supersoft Graphite but also in Firm Black. From the sensation side I can understand why they offer these toys in Firm Black because especially on a loose hole, they will feel more intense. But since firmness also compromises bendiness, I am not sure if these toys could work in that material (though, as an texture junkie, I am very intrigued to find out!). If you have any of those two toys in Firm Black, please let me know how they feel and work.

All three color options are made out of Platinum Silicone. Unlike other silicone types which are cured with lead for example, it is 100% body-safe, hypo-allergenic and easy to clean. Simply soak in warm dish-soap water, use the dishwasher or autoclave them after washing off the lube. For extra care, sanitize them to be 100% sure.

Like all silicone toys, these two should never be used with silicone lube since the silicone oil in the lube harms the surface and can destroy the toy. Water- and oil-based lubes are safe to use with both toys. Since different plasticizers can also destroy the silicone, they should be stored together with vinyl or rubber toys. If they have to be stored together, the place should be well ventilated and the different materials should not touch.

Playing with the Thick Worm & Thick Stamen

Being relatively thick right from the top and not too long, both toys – unlike other depth toys – are easy to handle. With light pressure the tip pops in and then keeps the toy upright when riding it. The body does not bend too much under pressure so it is a good toy for selfplay when you start to explore depth – sadly unlike the Slinks which are way harder to get in and control when you are inexperienced. Despite both shafts being bendy, they are rigid enough to be navigated, find their way inside the hole and go deep, again unlike the Slinks which tend to curl up inside the rectum when you are inexperienced.

Sensation-wise both toys are quite different and it is hard to tell which of the two the “softer” one is. The Thick Worm’s vertical grooves help to catch the lube, making it a toy for a bit longer ride. The subtle drop after each scale intensifies the friction sensation all ass toys create inside the sphincter during fucking. This makes the Thick Worm’s sensation a controllable simply through the speed it goes in and out of the hole. The triangular shape creates an unusual and surprising sensation when turned inside the hole and especially the second sphincter. Some of my testees and me found that the triangular head made it a bit easier for the toy to navigate inside the rectum and penetrate the second sphincter because there is a sense of direction.

With the Thick Stamen however the sensation is quite different. Through the chain of cones, the stretch sensation is very prominent, especially at the second sphincter. Riding or fucking with the Tick Stamen is a serious of “pop” sensations which’s intensity can be controlled by the speed. Since there is not drop like on the Thick Worm but a steep yet soft slope, in slow motion the sphincter can gradually adjust to the change in diameter. Due to the neck, the Thick Stamen can be worn while moving around. It is an interesting sensation when the cones move inside the rectum and colon, massaging both sphincters. But the quadratic base, does not really fit well between the cheeks. One testee uses a rope harness to keep both toys in place because the Thick Worm’s body flows directly into an oval base which kind of fit between the ass cheeks despite being wide.

Sometimes new products overshadow a classic: I did a little survey among the people asking me about SquarePeg toys which they considered the oldest and most iconic design of the manufacturer. Most answered the Egg, a large portion the Acorn and very few only the Happy Hour – despite this plug being incepted into the collection a year before the popular Egg Plug. This lag of attention is a shame because this delicate plug could push the buttons many of you desire to have manipulated. So let’s drag this hidden star into the limelight a bit.

Construction

The Happy Hour Plug starts out with a domed, elongated head that tapers slightly at the bottom. At the back the runs a thin ridge towards the maximum stretch. This maximum stretch tapers cone-shaped after a small neck below the head. The cone is oval, being wider in the dimension parallel to the foot. This width is a bit undercut by a wide and deep v-shaped groove connecting the end of the ridge with the neck.  The maximum stretch tapers equally smoothly towards the neck which is also oval. Below the neck is a thick, oval base which was inspired by the Acorn so it fits comfortably between the cheeks. But it is also sturdy enough for a good grip of not too lubey hands if you want to fuck your bottom’s hole with it.

The Happy Hour comes in a plethora of sizes, but not every size comes in every color/ firmness. This is actually one of my personal points of criticism: The Medium or Large (which might be a bit too long) size in Firm Black would be my perfect version of the toy. But since SquarePeg considers this combo too extreme, they sadly do not offer it. For this review I was sent the Monster size and the new XL which in my opinion was a much needed addition to the range. The gap between the Large and the Monster was simply too big!

When looking at the following table, please keep in mind that all SquarePeg toys are individually handmade so the sizes can vary a bit (as I had to experience myself when I bought my large Acorn in Firm Black and I turned out 3mm smaller than the one in Supersoft Bronze…).

Being a SquarePeg toy, you already know the drill: Every Happy Hour Plug is made out of pure body-safe, easy to clean Platinum Silicone. Perfect if you have allergies or need a toy for an orgy which can easily and quickly cleaned. Either throw them in the dishwasher, autoclave them, use bleach or dish soap. Like all anal toys, store them in a ventilated place without touching other toys and without pressure. Otherwise different plasticizers can damage them or the pressure can create creases. To keep the silicone in best shape and not risk tarnishing the surface, do not use silicone lube with the Happy Hour. They are safe with every other kind of lube like oil- or water-based ones.

Playing with the Happy Hour

Before getting my hands or rather my hole onto the Happy Hour, I always considered the Acorn the most intense of the SquarePeg plugs (Splitter) but the Happy Hour is a close contender! The head usually pops in easily if you chose the right size. If you buy the Happy Hour for width training, the “dull” dome tip can already be a little challenge, so I recommend a bit of pre-stretching with an Egg. With the head in, you can twist and turn the toy for the ridge to massage the anus and stimulate the prostate. Pushing in further, the challenge starts. Yes, the taper to the maximum stretch is comfortable and the oval shape follows the ergonomics of the sphincter. But, depending on the bottom’s anatomy, two things can happen. Either, the deeper you go (especially on the larger size), the chances of the head knocking the second sphincter increase, forcing the bottom to concentrate relax when both holes are stimulated. If the second sphincter is not directly in the way, the head will bend pressed against the intestinal wall, filling the rectum with a lot of mass already – before the large body has completely entered the hole. Especially for tighter built guys there is now a dual-struggle: Taking the width and the volume. So for most of my testees the most intense sensation was not the pop of the plugs but the sudden feeling of fullness inside the rectum!

Once inside, the fun starts with twisting and turning the plug. Since the small neck below the head is rather thick, it tries to erect itself again. So if through twisting it finds a softer space, it will extended again, massaging the intestinal wall. But also the prostate is in an exposed position. For most people the v-shaped groove is directly below the prostate. I leave it to your imagination what if feels like when the thick, little giving edges of the groove try to push the prostate away when twisting the plug.

Theoretically with the nice cone shape, the Happy Hour is a good to for stretch training. Actually, the oval and cone shaped maximum stretch very loosely resembles knots of anthropomorphic dildos. So it is a good toy to prepare your hole for this kind of dildo. But since the shape is so complex and stimulating in many ways, I recommend this toy only for loose and experienced hole. The rule of thumb developed by my testees is: When you can fit one size larger Egg plug comfortably, you are ready for the Happy Hour.

Construction

The Blunger starts out with an almost perfect half-dome with a diameter of 45mm to softly open up a trained sphincter. After a short resting recess, it gradually extends to 67mm after which a 50mm long and 51mm wide neck follows. Just at the end of the neck there is a 61mm diameter bulge, a bit like around the edge of an Acorn. Now again gradually the Blunger widens softly yet steadily to the max. oval diameter of 80x90mm. Below the maximum diameter it steeply drops to 69x80mm. After slightly decreasing in diameter for 35mm there is another 3mm bulge until you can rest on the neck above the rectangular foot after taking the entire 280mm insertable length.

The Torque is a completely different kind of toy: It starts out with a small, slightly point yet rounded tip. From there on four thick, deep ridges – like a wood drill -meander around an in diameter increasing core. The ridges are disrupted by two small untextured “necks”, dividing the toy into three, 85mm long segments. The first is one starts out at around 15mm with the tip and has a max. diameter of 65mm at around 70mm measured from the tip. The second segment is starts out at 62mm and a max. diameter of 77mm. The last one starts out at 75mm and flows into the rectangular base at 290mm insertable length without a neck at a whopping 100mm. The maximum diameter has to be taken with a grain of salt though: These is the maximum extension of two ridges, there is space between them to compress them. So taking the entire toy is feasible yet challenging even if you can’t take a 100mm plug.

To my surprise both toys despite being VERY intense are not only made in SquarePeg’s signature Supersoft Bronze and Graphite but also in Firm Black. Since the firmness also effects the bendiness of toys, I am actually not sure how a Blunger in firm black could work. If you have experience, please write to me.

Material-wise both toys are made with the high standards of all SquarePeg toys: Pure body-safe, easy to clean Platinum Silicone – ideal for allergic people or orgies. To clean them, throw them in the dishwasher, autoclave them, use bleach or dishsoap. They toys won’t mind and thus they are quickly clean and sterilized to be pushed into a new hole. Especially when you get the soft versions of this toy, store it upright or laying down without pressure to keep the toys from getting creases. This is going to be hard again: My testees and I all love both of these toys because of their creative, unique shape. These toys are great examples for the founder of SquarePeg being a sculpture and real ass aficionado. He just KNOWS how a toy needs to be shaped to hit the right spots. But because of their complex shape, the greatness is hard to convey this time. So I am going to give it a try…

In the quick info box I called both toys “depth toys” and that is true to some extended. Both are long enough to penetrate and stretch the second sphincter. But until you get there, you have to master both of these toys which is an intense, hot and horny challenge.

The Acron-Like Prostate stimulating Bulge on the Blunger

The Blunger feels a bit like a Best-of of all SquarePeg toys: It has the flowing thickening of the Ballistic toys, the prostate stimulating bulge of the Acorn, the round, easy-entry tips signature to Rik Jammer, the long resting necks of the Egg and the gentle neck decrease of the Slinks. All these unique shapes have been designed with a specific stimulating purpose in mind. By itself they are great, in the combination they are close to sensory overload. When vigorously fucking a loose (!) hole with the Blunger, a firework of different sensations is set off: From stretch in the sphincter over prostate simulation followed from a short moment of just “relaxing” friction at the middle-neck until the rodeo starts again. For most of my testees the most intense sensation was when taking the toy completely: Depending on your anatomy, you are either at maximum stretch or are stimulating your prostate at the last bulge when the tip begins to stretch the second sphincter and the Blunger starts to go deep. It is an intense, literally mind-blowing experience and not for the faint of heart. Especially when playing hard with the Blunger, make sure that the hole is trained and nicely loose. Otherwise the many stimulations can make it quickly tighten up.

Again, the Torque is a different kind of game. The small tip and gradual diameter increase make it a toy easy to take. Once inside the piece de résistance of the Torque is twisting it inside the hole. The thick ridges massage the sphincter, creating an interesting mix of friction and stretch sensation. If you go deeper, you can start playing with the angle to target the prostate and either forcefully massage it with the full width and thickness of the ridge or just lightly brush it. Once taken to the point that the tip reaches the second sphincter, it gets interesting again: Since the first segment is fairly thick and the ridges ridged, the twisting sensation inside this rarely stimulated body area was almost too much for even a depth experienced bottom who already has played with a Slink Vortex! The thickness and sturdiness of the ridges, the increase in diameter is just a (w)hole different level of intensity compared to the “soft” Slink Vortex.

While the Blunger is a good toy for selfplay (I actually recommend starting out to explore this toy on your own before letting another person work your hole over with it!), the Torque is more of a partner toy. Riding it is fun, but the thick ridges make achieving your “usual” diameter a challenge because the texture irritates the hole a bit. Yet the intense sensation of twisting and turning the ridges inside a loose hole is very difficult to achieve on your own.
