Welcome back guys! It’s been a while, almost to date 8 months since ToyTorture.com went offline due to a cyberattack. In the meantime I did not believe that this little project of mine would actually come back. And now it is done.
First of all I need to thank a very special individual who did what I could not do. He salvaged what was left of my website and brought it back to life. My eternal thanks to him. Over the course of the past few months he stated that he just wants to bring this resource back. So he does not want attribution or a shout out. So in the name of all the visitors of ToyTorture.com: Thank you, thank you, thank you!
This brings me right to the next important group of people to thank: You, the loyal readers and fans of this little website. Thank you so much for your support, compassion and offers to help! Having a website like this can sometimes be emotionally exhausting. A lot of time, work, sweat, love and money goes into this non-commercial, non-profit hobby of mine. But in most cases, I do not get any feedback but impression numbers and reader questions. Getting so many messages of support in such a dark hour showed me that ToyTorture.com matters and makes an impact. That my work is not in vain. Thank you so much for that!
While the website with it’s vast archive is now online again (and with all the legacy links still working!), it is far from perfect. In the process of recovery apparently some things in the WordPress have been broken. They are minor design things which I will fix in due time. For the time being, I am just happy that I now have my resource again to reference to while answering questions to improve your kink and sex life.
The website comes back at the most unfitting time of the year. Usually around this time I am going on summer hiatus for BDSM summer camp in the USA, Folsom Europe and the early fall holidays to return in October. And since plans have been made and vacations been booked, do not expect any new content or design improvements soon. But once I return mid-October you can look forward to reviews of
