Being manufactured by kinksters, the offer configurations which are not available from clinic suppliers like collars, neck-to-wrist sets, hoods and particularly this pillory set. Strapped to a bed, cage or a bondage table, it allows for the same bondage position as a pillory. With the knees down the ass (and probably also the front hole) is well accessible though in the pictures the hands look a bit in the way for doggy fucking. Dildo play and of course spanking are very much possible. With the ass down, this could be gear for a fun stress position. Since the restraint is strapped to the bed, it does not move like a singular metal or wood pillory so your body has to adjust, leaving the nipples and probably also the groin exposed for TT and CBT.
